Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Sleeper user ID, username, and display name — entered by you when you sign in. Used to fetch your leagues and rosters.
• Sign-in attempts — the Sleeper username entered on the sign-in form, whether it resolved to an account, and when the attempt happened. Used for support and product diagnostics.
• Subscription metadata from PayPal — subscription ID, plan ID, status, billing dates, and the email PayPal returns for support purposes. We do not see your card details.
• Usage counters — for free-tier rate limits, we store counts of feature uses (e.g. "3 trade analyses today").
• Session cookie — a small httpOnly cookie holding your Sleeper user ID so the server can identify you.

What we don't collect

• Passwords (we don't use them)
• Credit cards (PayPal handles payment)
• Browsing history, IP analytics, or third-party trackers

How we use it

We use the data above only to operate the service: showing you your rosters, evaluating trades, gating Pro features, and processing billing. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Third parties

• PayPal — for subscription billing. See PayPal's own privacy policy.
• Google Gemini API — your trade analyses and team data are sent to Google for AI processing when you use AI features. Google's API terms apply.
• Sleeper public API — we read your public Sleeper data on your behalf.
• Dynasty rankings provider — we cache public consensus dynasty rankings.

Data deletion

Email info@rosterrr.com to request deletion of your account data. We'll remove your subscription history, grants, Sleeper user record, and sign-in attempt records within 30 days.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
